Health and Safety Plan
Section 2001 (i)(1) of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act requires each local education agency (LEA) that receives funding under the ARP Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund to develop and make publicly available on the LEA's website a Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan hereinafter referred to as a Health and Safety Plan.
Provided on this webpage is the Windber Area School District's most recent and current Health and Safety Plan as approved by the Windber Area School District Board of Directors. Please be advised that the plan may be revised to address changes in recommendations or mandates that may be presented to the school district from the Center for Disease Control, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and/or the Windber Area School District Health and Safety Planning Committee.
