Dear Windber Families,
We are thrilled to share that the Windber Area School District, in collaboration with Windber Borough, the Windber Police Department, the Fire Department, local churches, and local businesses and organizations, is working hard to bring back the cherished tradition of Christmas in the Park!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 7th at 6:00 PM, when we will come together to Light Up the Christmas Tree we recently planted in the park. Following the tree lighting, families can enjoy a festive evening filled with holiday magic:
🎄 Ride through the park to see the beautifully lighted pavilions
🎄 Walk through the Isle of Inflatables, featuring a delightful display of holiday characters
🎄 Visit with Santa inside the pavilion for a family photo and a special treat for the kids
This event is part of our district’s effort to help restore and celebrate a beloved community tradition. We are so grateful for the support of our valued partners, including local churches, the Windber Police Department, and many others, who have come together to make this event possible.
