As we gear up for another exciting school year, we want to keep you informed about a variety of important updates to help you and your children prepare for a successful return to the classroom. Please take a moment to review the following information:
- Picture Days: Mark your calendars! Picture days are just around the corner. High school and middle school students will have their chance to shine on September 13, 2023. Elementary school students will have their moment on September 14th. We encourage your children to come dressed in their best smiles and outfits. Picture day is a wonderful opportunity to capture cherished memories of this school year.
- Parent-Teacher Conference Sign-ups: We value open communication between parents and teachers. Please make sure to mark your calendars for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conference, scheduled for November 21st and 22nd. During the Meet the Teacher Night on August 22nd, you will have the opportunity to sign up for specific time slots to meet with your child's teachers. This is an invaluable chance to discuss your child's progress, address any concerns, and build a strong partnership to support their education journey.
- Student Schedules and PowerSchool Access: We understand the importance of having timely access to your child's class schedule and academic information. We're pleased to announce that student schedules and access to PowerSchool will be available by Friday, August 11th. You can log in to PowerSchool to view your child's classes, grades, and other essential information to stay engaged and informed in their educational experience.
- Hard Copy Mailings: In addition to online access, we will be mailing hard copies of student schedules and important back-to-school information to each family. Please keep an eye on your mailbox in the coming days to ensure you receive this package. We want to make sure you have all the resources you need at your fingertips.
