Congratulations to these students for winning 1st place in the Land portion of the Sea, Air & Land Challenge at Penn State Altoona. The SeAL challenge is a difficult engineering task to design and build unmanned vehicles and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance payloads. The challenge was designed by engineers at the Penn State Applied Research Laboratory.
